The exhibition "Metropolis and the Art Editions of

the Centro Internazionale della Grafica di Venezia”

extends until 28 February 2017
in the Monumental Halls of the National Marciana Library.

In consideration of the great success of critics and audiences (3,000 visitors in less than two weeks!) the National Marciana Library has decided to extend the exhibition "Metropolis and Art Editions of the Centro Internazionale della Grafica Venezia" curated by Atelier Aperto until 28 February 2017.
The exhibition in collaboration with the Centro Internazionale della Grafica is intended for celebrating the donation of the big book Metropolis to the Library by the Centro. You can appreciate an artist's book in which the works are brought together by 303 international artists who created their graphic interpretation on the subject.

Es ist weit gereist - durch die halbe Welt - von Venedig nach Berlin, Palermo, Halle , München, Rom, Brasilien, Bremen, Nebrasca - USA, Washington DC - USA, Maryland - USA
Endstation Venedig.

Im Januar 2017 soll es wahrscheinlich eine letzte Show in Venedig geben, bei der das zweite gebundene Buch in die Sammlung der BIBLIOTECA MARCIANA übergehen wird. Die Marciana ist die berühmtetste Bibliothek Venedigs - gegründet aus der Hinterlassenschaft von Petrarca.
